Where we work
We're based at 130 Park Place in Watertown and support businesses across Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence Counties, on site when it needs hands and remotely when it doesn't.
Jefferson County
Home base. Most of our on-site work happens here, and it’s where our own data center is.

We also take on work in the Syracuse area. Much of what we do, like monitoring, help desk, backup, phones, and compliance work, runs remotely, and we schedule site visits when the job needs them.
